About
Valerie Estrina is an author and founder based in Amsterdam.
Her work unfolds around two main practices: Club Reticent, home to her own writing, and Ampleur, a creative collective that helps brands and founders develop their ideas.
She founded Club Reticent, a bestselling online publication on womanhood now read by 25,000+ people. Through it, she curates literary events in Amsterdam, New York, Paris, and online, collaborates with writers, and interviews women around the world.
Her essay The Fantasy Gap was published in Bread Alone by Indie Novella Publishing, and her bylines are in Lilith Magazine, Pilot, Polyester, Byline, Highsnobiety, Glamcult, and more.
In 2026, she co-founded Ampleur, a creative storytelling collective merging writing and design to form culturally distinct ideas. To the collective, she brings 7+ years of expertise building brand narratives in tech and fashion including projects with Oatly, Bumble, Hinge, Sony, Harper’s Bazaar, Parade, and Publicis Groupe.
Valerie takes on a select number of projects each year, and she's always looking for a generative conversation. Brands, founders, creatives, and writers are welcome to reach out at valerie@ampleur.co
